If true ground floor units have privacy and security issues, why don’t duplex downs also? Those units need to have windows AT ground level, and I assume they can’t have bars because they need to be egress windows.

If you argue with them on the intarwubs, it's just amazing how many of them have completely convinced themselves that he knows how bad tariffs are and is just deploying them as a high-pressure negotiating tactic. It's like, have you ever actually listened to a word this guy says?
