Cannot stress how ridiculous it is for VDL2 to be unpicking rules agreed only last year by VDL1. And to do so at this pace.
It makes a mockery of proper decision-making, let alone Commission’s own so-called ‘better regulation’ approach. And of course it is happening across board, on many issues.
