Notice: he is not saying stock markets or crypto markets. He's talking about how the "Stablecoins" operate and are used in aiding the Banks and Credit Unions to meet their requirements under Basel IV

Banks and Credit Unions without "internal self-equity" will have a tough go of it since they can no longer use customer deposits. We are no longer "loaning" them our money when moving money from our Quantum Access Account or making direct deposits.

If you have a financial adviser or manager, or even just shares in a mutual fund (including through a 401(k), IRA, etc.), you need to contact them and ask: "What is your position on the proposed changes to Delaware Corp. law that would weaken investor protections?" Thx, @dael.bsky.social
CalPERS - the nation's largest pension fund manager – wrote to Delaware state legislators to explain that the agency will look to invest in non-DE corps bc other states "do not have a history of statutorily overturning trial court decisions that go against rich and powerful corporate insiders"
