🫂 not sure if you've tried it but I had a lot of success with the myNoise app. The free version gives you lots of soundscapes to sleep to. It's helped calm my brain a bit and let me sleep.
It can't stop the cat jumping on the bed expecting chin scritches at 4am though. It's a good job I love him.

Just checking... That was the place where loads of public land was sold off cheap to private developers who also signed a contract that all profits go to those developers and all risk goes to the taxpayer, wasn't it?
