My first milk clarified cocktail
Olive oil washed vodka, Licor 43, amaretto, lemon, olive bitters, olive oil, milk.
Took inspiration from a lemon olive oil cake. Did oohhhhhkayyyyy. Needed to add a scosch more milk.

Added condensed milk and Ube jam to the ube condensed cream and it works. The jam is a touch more savory and the milk adds a creamy note. Then I had the idea to drip some condensed milk into the Nick and Nora. That was a good idea.

Genever is if gin and a single malt had a baby. Rittenhouse has a spice note to accentuate the malt. Aloe adds sweetness. Honey bitters gives it a sweet umanai note. Needs an addition of something. We'll figure it out Tuesday
