Hmmmm… that’s exactly what the NRA has been screaming about since Chuck Heston concluded a speech with "I'll give you my gun when you pry it from my cold, dead hands". The slogan originated in the ‘70s by Citizens Committee for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms. I guess it was only for right wingnuts.

I can see the application of an incorruptible figure not part of the day to day operation of gov’t but above everyone who truly embodies the Constitution, like the ghost of George Washington with the power of enforcement who can sit up and say “cut that shit out and put it back”.

I’m trying to figure out why these policies make some people so angry. The only thing I can figure is the right wingers think they have to pay for people who don’t deserve it, or don’t work, or some such nonsense.

That should make me your hero since you like the notion of shooting people . I haven’t shot anyone and don’t want to, but I’m also not waiting for you to say “shut up and get in the boxcar”. That’s where this is heading and it will end the same way every tyranny ends; suddenly and permanently.

I would add clauses that prohibit continuing the aims and goals of the Confederate States of America including the KKK and their proto Nazi groups like Turning Point, Proud Boys, New Apostolic Reformation, MAGA, and other organizations corrosive to the Constitution, freedom and democracy.

Basic Law of the Federal Republic of Germany has Article 9 Paragraph 2. If the U.S. had this built into its Constitution, there would be no shouting faces spreading hate and disinformation like Fox Nooz, or 1,000 other right wingnut bloggers. Laws need to be updated to work beyond broadcast.

In 1935, 45 Nazi lawyers came to America on a “study trip” examining the Jim Crow laws which produced their Nuremburg Laws, establishing a race-based legal regime. Those laws have been re-imported to become the current Trump/Miller/Noem/Homan regime. They’re Nazis and should be treated as such.

That was the mistake after the last civil war. They attacked the U.S. and the “brother against brother” BS allowed for a confederate shadow government in the KKK, Jim Crow laws, building statues to traitors, flying their flags, and we still have sundown towns. Time to resolve the LAST Civil War too.

Let’s hope this regime cares about that. The problem is they’ll just go elsewhere. Every “agent” needs to be registered before they can operate in any state or city, have no masks, have clear ID (like a football jersey), and not have deadly weapons. Better yet, just flush the toilet on the lot.

No worries. It takes a special person to withstand being a government official, probably the pinnacle of being an activist, but we have to watch out for candidates adamant about a single issue and blind to what leadership means. We know the 7 have lost their way and need to leave or get retrained.
