Israel is the same way - Israelis are on the streets protesting. Even the Shin Bet (Israeli intelligence) is concerned about netenyahu's authoritarian and extreme ideology. The world tends to view Israelis as monolithic, when there are many views out there.

The brave personnel of the FBI and CIA are extremely intelligent and I believe and hope that they will disobey stupid people like Patel.

While I totally agree, the Nazis destroyed infrastructure in the Netherlands and there were a lot of internal issues the Dutch had to figure out, like whether allying themselves to Hitler was a good idea. But I digress.. good point.
