I was approved for a mobile home loan, but I had to put that on hold since the seller backed out.
I'm just going through it properly now, and the mortgage payment is going to be $999, but the HOA/ land rent is going to be an additional $500. I'd never be able to afford that.

I’m watching a long forgotten sitcom from 2000 called “The Trouble with Normal” and I was excited to see @mariabamford.bsky.social as the FBI agent love interest to Jon Cryer’s character.
This show has been a lot of fun and I wish it lasted more than 13 episodes.

My friend lent me his iPad, and I think I hate inking on it.
I’m using Fresco since it’s free to me, and I e played around with the settings and it just doesn’t feel right.
I manly use CSP on my laptop and those brushes handle so nicely, but I don’t want to pay the sub for CSP on the iPad.

Adobe Stock removed the option to hide AI generated images and graphics.
Adobe Fonts also added a ton of fonts that Google Fonts that are already free for personal and commercial use.
What is the point of those services anymore?

I found that Publicity Gothic and Lemiesz have the right shape, however they have edges, where as the font I'm looking for doesn't.

I re-drew the Sailor Moon logo from the TokyoPop release. It's as close as I could get with the lower res scans I found online.

Finished watching Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon for the fist time.
It was so good!
I really loved that it’s character driven, and they are fleshed out and have growth and development.
I love that it’s a tokusatsu, since that was one of the inspirations for the manga series.

I’m watching Wednesday season 2 because I love The Addams Family. However, this series (and the 2 animated movies) goes against the dynamic of the family from the OG series and move.
Also, I’m not sure I like that they have powers.
