True - same root. I wonder if ‘justice’ implies a victim. But I suppose someone facing blame for an incident could feel like a victim.

This was a great article and perhaps the first I've seen to make the connection so clearly between just culture and psychological safety. I'm interested to know where in the literature you found the link from 'just' to 'justice'. I've always understood it in the context of 'just' vs. 'unjust'
