One of the nice things about living in the Midwest is we get the transition of seasons. it’s brilliantly colorful. The colors on some of the trees make a great color study with my car. With the skies clear as a bell & I’m between deadlines, I had to take advantage of it.

I just realized tonight that BOTH of my Tigers teams won 3-1! My Detroit Tigers go for a sweep of the Giants tomorrow whereas my Medicine Hat Tigers go for the Memorial Cup Finals on Sunday against an undetermined opponent. It's not bad being a Tigers fan from my perspective here!

I just realized tonight that BOTH of my Tigers teams won 3-1! My Detroit Tigers go for a sweep of the Giants tomorrow whereas my Medicine Hat Tigers go for the Memorial Cup Finals on Sunday against an undetermined opponent. It's not bad being a Tigers fan from my perspective here!
This sketch makes me think about a job that I never had but I've always had mad respect for. Working the line at a factory job has got to be tough. The sights, sounds, smells & repetition have got to be a challenge. I know there are people who've made it a career doing it too. More power to them.

Rough and tumble day for the alma mater CCS. Just catching up on news of the loss of long time Fine Arts professor Joseph Bernard and amazing glass artist/ instructor/ fellow alum, Albert Young. Both were amazing in their fields and influenced many generations of people.
