The RGM-79 GM (Jim) Was the mass produced mobile suit deployed by the Earth Federation during the One Year War. Based mostly on the appearence of the RX78-2 with a more simpler frame, to easily adapt it for space or ground combat. The most commonly known Jim has a red torso and shoulders, with white waist, legs and arms, it's head is white too, with a visor instead of "eyes".

Mobile suit developed by Paptimus Scirocco for his exclusive use. Fielded during the Gryps Conflict (Zeta Gundam), this massive suit was very agile despite it's size, aided by the great amount of thrusters it possesed. Visually it's a very bulky mobile suit, it's legs and head desig remind a lot of the Zaku's with a distinct mono-eye and all, presented in a yellow color that, personally, gives it an almost industrial design.

Developed by SNRI as the F97, and adopted by the reborn Crossbone Vanguard far into de Universal Century (U.C 0133). Suits near this era started to get smaller and lighter in armor, in exchange, they become faster and more dynamic. Physically this one is a smaller suit, the one we can see has a shade of navy blue in the main torso and top of the shoulder armor, and mainly white in the rest of the body, with red details in the front skit and wrist. It's main detail is the Jolly Roger skull in it's forehead, and the back-thrusters, that spread on an X shape. The one in the illustration it's wearing a cape, and holding the Zambuster on it's hand. The Crossbone has high thruster power, as it was created to fight against the Jupiter Empire, and has to endure the gravitational pull of the planet. It's specialized for close combat. It's armory includes the the basic vulcans, but it also adds the Zanber, a high level beam saber that resembles a pirate's Cutlass. The Buster Gun, ressemblig a flintlock pistol, a pair of heat daggers, a pair of beam sabers, a beam shield, and a scissor anchor, stored in the front skirts, to claw objects or enemies.

Developed by the Principality of Zeon, the Zaku II Commander Type is a variant of one, if not the most, MS used by Zeon during the One Year War. The difference between this one and the Mass Production type falls mainly on its improved mobility, and the antena that gives it better enemy detection. It also meant that it was more difficult to control. Its main weapon consisted of a 120mm Zaku Machine Gun, the Zaku Bazooka, and the Heat Hawk. The one we see here was the unit of Zeon Commander Char Aznable. Its painted with his characteristic color red, and as all Zaku II units, its physically distinguishable by its mono eye head, spiked shouder armor, and mounted shield on its left shoulder. (I'm also legally obliged to say that Commander Char has never betrayed anyone, ever.)

Personal unit of Axis leader Haman Karn, and fielded near the end of the Gryps Conflict and the First Neo Zeon War (Gundam Z/Gundam ZZ). The Qubeley was a great advancement, being one of the first units fully developed to be used by Newtypes. It's mean weapons consist of a group of either 10 or 12 "funnels", mannered by the pilot using the Psycommu System. Haman's unit is pretty much white in color, with violet/pink details troughout. The most recognizable details are its broad and big shoulder armors, enlarged head, large fingers and very pointy feet and knees.
