That's the most popular. It was used in Smallville and every DC comic from 2000 to 2022. On Darren's site, he names it "Brewer" after the creator of the font. Since Mark Waid came on at DC, DC has reverted to the pre-crisis Bridwell font in the mainline books, but sticks to Brewer in Absolute.

This isn't the usual transliteration font, but is written in "Doyle Kryptonian"; a full-on constructed Kryptonese language; it was also used in Supergirl and some of the other TV shows. This translates as "Finish":

My guess: by removing the image of the barrel and of the white man, they are seen as contributing to the erosion (ie, the attack on) pre-civil rights white southern culture. So although this has nothing to do with racism, to them it's in the same bucket as statues and sports team names.

I simply ♥️love💙 that the 70s and 80s "Kryptonese" is back!! Another wonderful Bronze Age touch by @mooncalfe1.bsky.social 💜! The glossary in the 1981 Krypton Chronicles miniseries says that "Tynth" can be translated as "Lady" or "Madame" - Lesla is sincerely trying here, but doesn't quite get it!

Here's another I just discovered and absolutely have to post! I love that the cape is red♥️ on the inside and blue💙 on the outside, the gold💛 trim and the big circle in the middle of the belt area. It all comes together wonderfully and is a great look.
I guess I'm just not in a skirt mood today.
