Dial Gold antibacterial bar soap (found at any grocery store) for the stinky areas, keeps BO down
I follow up with a natural scented bar soap (woodsy, I like charcoal/pine scents- it mixes well with my own scent)

Oh I use a rake brush and Nikko Rull! Just use a lasso tool (sometimes polygonal), select an area to light/shade and then brush along the surface. I can share the rake brushes if you’d like! The other one is available in Procreate
