Reasonable dusting of snow this morning and pretty icy. Slow careful 5km round the parks. Switched up from my Hokas to my Nike Goretex trail shoes for extra warmth, waterproofing and grip.

Yesterday’s snow just turned to slush and then dried out. 10km run this morning thru Marupe woods. Cold as hell with a realfeel of minus 4 but every day without major snow is a bonus now. 🎧 still on the audiobook!

18km run this morning with the audiobook for company. Started out sunny but deteriorated into cold ass rain by the end. Need to get as much running as possible done in the next couple of weeks before the snow comes.

Sat watching Shogun having inhaled all the worlds carbs as a bar snack because I did not have my glasses and could not read that the sharing platter was clearly designed for about 50 people. Myself and Dave put in a valiant attempt but couldn't finish it.
