It means your employer is so badly organised they can't manage. Find a new employer. One that gives you 25 days paid vacation a year, paid sick leave, 3 weeks paid Paternity leave or 1 year paid Maternity Leave like they do in the UK. Oh and pay enough so you don't have to beg (ie tips) from clients
