Milkweed gains. Sowed in late June, most plants are now about 5-6” talks. I’ve pinched some of the Narrowleaf, and soon the Kotolo will be ready for a good pinching. The other pots have showy milkweed that’s already stratified for a month. Sowed two days ago. #californianativeplants

Another reason I need to get better about labeling stuff. Two different seedlings. Could be Bahiopsis. Could be Encelia. Could be Abutilon. Guess I’ll find out?

And Deerweed has turned out to be easier than I thought. This is the sixth plant I’ve got going, with three in the ground, two in one gallon pots, and this guy getting going.
