For around a decade now, there have been two movies I'd pretty much sell my soul to get updated restorations of. The first is Kevin Smith's Dogma- which we've finally gotten. The second is Adam Rifkin's Detroit Rock City. CRIMINALLY underappreciated flick!

First Con in 10 years was not a disappointment. Came with two goals, and both were met. Huge thanks to @philhester.bsky.social and Charlie Cox for making Des Moines Con a success and helping out with a big step forward in restoring my comics collection 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

Miller's work on Batman and Daredevil makes up most of the list of books that are most important to me. My life would've been much less fun if not for The Dark Knight Returns or literally any issue of his DD. He's responsible for opening up the world of comics to me. For that, I also thank him.
