My systemic change idea: Make elected positions like jury duty. No more running for Congress. 535 citizens are randomly assigned to government positions. Judges are assigned randomly from the ABA. President is voted into office by Congress. No parties, no elections, just voter initiatives & policy.

Industry requirements are especially heinous because they basically lock you into whatever industry you are able to find a job in when you graduate.
So because they didn't manufacture pharmaceuticals where I lived after college I am barred from entry into that industry? That's dumb.

Totally not against these kinds of requirements, but if you stack them and then use AI to eliminate candidates that are otherwise 96% qualified you can't complain that your wage costs are so high because you can't find qualified workers. I shouldn't have to lie to your AI to get your attention.
