Given it seems that the SC did not consider any of this very important information in their judgement, is there anything anyone can do regarding the SC judgement in the context of these documents or any procedure that can highlight these errors, or is just the ECHR now?

They are getting very close to suggesting just that. However the GRA was brought in specifically to address all the legal issues raised in GoodWin. If that was the case, the UK is automatically in breach of convention obligations and to be blunt, would be fucked if the ECHtr looked at all this.

This shit will and is going to the ECHR, he and his cnting government will be forced, again, to legislate to correctly recognise our legal gender recognition, just as with Goodwin vs UK. He damn well knows this as a human rights lawyer.

Here is the UK losing on Article 8 in Goodwin (from the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights). I can't show you where the Supreme Court didn't deal with it in For Some Women Scotland because it didn't deal with it.

These concerns have been expressed by numerous UN experts.
As they make clear, it is imperative that law-makers fix this backslide on human rights, which will make us an international outlier.
