Yep. The vote today sanitizes everyone from having to say they were against the release. Trump told them to vote yes knowing the “investigation” protects him. Now they all look like they have clean hands. This is all so gross.

Oh he certainly can. But he can also pocket veto, which Congress cannot overturn with 2/3rd vote. Look at the timing on when Congress goes to recess. They are recessed when the 10 day mark hits.
