I haven’t built a plastic model in decades. I have to say I’m enjoying the heck out of building a model Honda RA272 (a Formula 1 race winning car from 1965). The engine is nearly complete. Paint and cement have come a long way since 197x.

Just noticed that this graphic is essentially a rainbow. I just love Star Trek. Also, how is the “live long and prosper” Vulcan hand sign not an emoji? Seriously. I’d use it constantly.

I was there with my kids a few years back. We toured the site and museum, we solemnly sounded the gong, we sat deep in thought on a bench. It was profoundly moving for all three of us. #Hiroshima

I’m not sure which is more bonkers. That the USA has put a 10% tariff on two uninhabited islands or that they expect people to believe that these islands already have a 10% tariff on all US goods they import. Their numbers are nonsense across every country. This is the dumbest timeline.

Be careful with package labelling. Seems companies are slapping maple leaves on things as fast as they can. Take this Compliments package of spinach at Sobeys. That maple leaf is very prominent and implies a Canadian product. But written in black along with the best before date is “Product of USA”.

Having a rare disease is no fun. But I can say it has introduced me to a whole cadre of amazing people, given me an entirely new approach to life and what matters (hint: it's the people, not the things), and taught me, finally, to ask for help and be grateful for it. #vasculitis #GPA
