That’s almost all people including high-end buyers. By design we can pick what bad tastes like as it is a potential risk to our health. Good by our very system design is usually ‘not bad’. We have an inherent negativity bias.

Actually they do. It was a customer that reported the Yellowtail fraud in the UK a couple of years ago. The wine didn’t taste right.
