Unfortunately (well, not really) I work with animals so even during lockdowns, I had to travel there daily to look after them. Even with masking and distancing, it was inevitable.

I got it twice in 2020 and ever since, I was relapsing into the symptoms ever 2—3 weeks up until a couple of months ago. I still have the brain fog, random joint inflammation, extreme lethargy, but only get flu symptoms every other month or so (small wins).

Yeah, it's hard not to keep wondering if it's ever gonna improve or if this is the best you're ever gonna feel again (even harder when you feel so bad right now).

I feel this. I never talk about it because I was brought up to "just get on with it" but long covid dramatically changed my life and it's very isolating when you can't share something like that. So share away!
