Glad you're on the mend.

Have my flu jab this morning, awaiting the achy arm.

Wow!

These varieties are fantastic.

I always find the field mouse enigmatic, those ears and white belly!

It was the same on Thursday for me, I got too hot and was in a long sleeved t-shirt! I won't be doing that this week 🤣

I guess it was inevitable, but I was living in hope 🤣

Will be getting tender plants inside or into the greenhouse. First frost is forecast next week 😱

Thank you Trevor, I'll remove before the seed starts to drop and not introduce to the wild areas.

I wouldn't have sought out this grass, but as it appeared by itself I wanted to know more....

Thank you for the advice Jo. The garden isn't particularly cold, being within the M25 in Hertfordshire

We're covering this narrow problem area with a woodchip mulch to make it easier to manage, was considering saving some seed for the wild areas. I'll exercise caution and not introduce them.

Thanks Trevor,

So do you think it would be unwise to collect the seed and distribute it amongst the wilder areas in the clients garden?

We have meadows, with various mixes of flowers and grasses.

Hope you feel brighter, quickly.

A rather at arms length hug 🤗 🤣

My natural curiosity for all plants, gardens and horticulture, I can't help but share and post about what I see.

Glad you enjoy the content.

Thank you Alex, Tim

Appeared last year in the gap between cattle pasture & clients personal garden. Definitely spread this year, but hasn't sown into the lawn/pasture either side, just in this 'troublesome' strip that is difficult to maintain

It's very attractive, but also wary of causing issues
