Nineteen senators? That's all the people they could get to vote to at least pretend to care about human decency and not giving weapons to an ethnostate currently engaging in a genocide?

Come on, Dems. At least get twenty to vote for it. No wonder no one trusts you to coordinate for anything.

I'd say that it's kind of impressive how quickly liberals are preparing themselves to learn nothing after totally failing at the one thing that it said that only they can do (beat Trump). Then again. . . it's kind of like being impressed by my cats taking a dump in the litter box.

Every bout of depression my nine-year-old daughter has I have to ask myself "Is this her finally understanding the horrific costs she will have to take on in order to be allowed to have a place in our decaying socioeconomic climate or is she just ticked she has to wake up at six?".

Parent perils.

Leave it to America to be so high on smelling its own farts that we think we're too good to wipe ourselves out with neoliberal fascism like we've done with half the damn planet.

Naw, naw. We're going for some old school Christofascism! We're going to prove our exceptionalism somehow!

Three hours into a new social networking site and the very first reply I get is from a troll. Great start!

I'm honestly going to have to pretend to be bizarrely interested in other peoples' pets to gain any traction here, aren't I?

Damn you, social adaptation!
