Connecticut has become more humid subtropical in recent years:
Climate shift
According to the Köppen Climate system, more than two-thirds of Connecticut has shifted to a humid subtropical climate (Cfa). This is based on climate normals from 1991–2020, and the state is likely warmer today.

Global Sea Surface Temperatures have now been running above pre-2023 record highs for 20 months!

It's even worse than the crazy Super El Niño extrapolation I made when temperatures were already very high, up to June 10, 2023:
