I’m a federal employee. We received word that 1/4 of our workforce is on the chopping block. That’s almost half of my unit including me. My boss is going to try to fight it but it looks pretty grim.

If I make it another month with my federal job I will be happy.

I like having PCs narrate bad outcomes for each others characters. They are way harsher and more creative than I could ever be.

I’m kinda over the current trend to make cute pedomorphic avatars for player characters. While I’m not a fantasy or sci-fi combatant I can guarantee that the most skilled individuals physically and mentally are older than 12 and covered with scars.

I loved this book and am considering running it as an adventure. Anyone ever read it.

What obscure TTRPGs do you enjoy and why?

I need suggestions for rules light games with depth. So far Trophy, Goblin Quest, FFGs Zombie Apocalypse, scum and villainy are on my radar.

I want more crunch than trophy but I like the gambling aspect and the risk. Suggestions please.
