Trying to ween myself off of FB, it’s hard. Almost 15 years of my life is there. Baby steps right now, building my stamina and strength back up. Using my pets, literature, comedy, my chosen family, my two grown kids, and the joy in the “little things” that aren’t so little to get by right now.
