It's interesting to see how people learn different languages

Spanish was easier for me, because we had the same teacher from first grade to high school, so that helped a lot... like, there was a continuity

Same but in Italian, I lived there for a university program and reading was a thing that depended a lot on the translation

Comics and manga are easier, cause the dialogue is shorter

But I have found books that are originally written in the og language are easier

To be fair, as someone who has done this, it's a coin toss*

Sometimes the translation is so complicated that you simply can't do it, other times it's awesome how fast your brain can catch up

*I do have dyslexia though
