Sometimes I think toxic positivity slips into the art community in weird ways. If I calmly and in a matter of fact way mention I need more practice or that something isn’t a strong suit…that’s okay. I’m not berating myself. If I can’t see where and how I need to improve, how will I grow as an artist

The last of the flood of sketch book days for a bit. It really was such a fun exercise. There are so many more themes I want to explore.

I’ve been using themed prompts to fill out some sketchbook pages. It’s been an absolute delight and I highly recommend this practice if you’re feeling a bit artistically stuck. 🖤
