Sometimes I think toxic positivity slips into the art community in weird ways. If I calmly and in a matter of fact way mention I need more practice or that something isn’t a strong suit…that’s okay. I’m not berating myself. If I can’t see where and how I need to improve, how will I grow as an artist

I used to really get into the Super Bowl, back in the ancient times of high school. Now I just cannot be bothered to care about it. I guess it means people can change? So there’s that!

I’ve been using themed prompts to fill out some sketchbook pages. It’s been an absolute delight and I highly recommend this practice if you’re feeling a bit artistically stuck. 🖤

Places like this are hard for me because it becomes too obvious I have the personality of stale bread. If I can’t draw something interesting I am simply….not…interesting.
