Raskin's post isn't even very strongly worded, unless he's directly quoting the statute. Words like "may (not)" and "should (not)" carry no authority and read like suggestions. At least use legislatively weighted words like "shall (not)" and "will (not)".

I couldn't have written my master's thesis without Scrivener, but creatively, well, I'm writing in Google docs on my phone and just passed 90 pages on my current story 😳 Turns out, for me pure convenience beats bells and whistles! At least for now!
