Raskin's post isn't even very strongly worded, unless he's directly quoting the statute. Words like "may (not)" and "should (not)" carry no authority and read like suggestions. At least use legislatively weighted words like "shall (not)" and "will (not)".

Same, I grew up with them but I'd say the most transformative games, the ones that gave me my earliest memories of thinking "holy hell this rocks!" for me were Syndicate and x-com in about 1994. I was 12 lol
