It feels like a never ending blues riff of wasted taxpayer money. Every verse brings another decision that puts well connected players first while everyday Ontarians fall further back. Ontario deserves leadership that serves the people, not the privileged few. #VoteTheConsOut #FirePiccini #OnPoli

What can we do to pressure Piccini's resignation: 1) request an Integrity Commissioner inquiry; 2) ask the Lobbyists Registrar to review lobbying/gift compliance; 3) press police/Crown if there’s evidence of criminality; 4) use public/political pressure and electoral routes. #FirePiccini #OnPoli

Is anyone really surprised by this? I’m not. Piccini is the MPP for a very strong “Freedom Convoy” area in Northumberland County. People who voted him in will still vote for him again next election. I feel like the Ford government has broken Ontario beyond repair, and they did it on purpose #ONPoli

Elsewhere, a poll finds 60% of people aren't aware of the controversy, but majority think Piccini should resign. #OnPoli

This is not a drill, Ontario! The Ford government is stripping away your healthcare to hand it over to their rich friends. They’re selling off our province piece by piece. If we don’t vote them out, there’ll be nothing left to save. Wake up, Ontario. before it’s too late! #Ontario #OnPoli #OnHealth
An Ontario’s Financial Accountability Office report reveals that if the Ford government fails to improve health-care funding, 7,263 nurses could be cut by 2027-28, worsening Ontario’s nurses per capita.

Colleges keep saying they can’t afford to keep support staff because of “financial” concerns, yet George Brown College is handing out big bucks to hire a Provost. A Provost! How does that make sense? At this point, it feels like a money grab for everyone at the top. Shameful! #OPSEU #ONEd #ONPoli

Ford is literally selling Ontario’s education to his ultra-rich friends.

Education money should stay in education, not in private, well connected companies.

We demand stricter oversight, transparency, and accountability now.

Their delay cost students vital support, disrupted campuses, and strained communities.

The lesson? When employers stall, public education pays the price.

It’s as simple as it sounds. Ford and his cabinet aren’t working for the people, they’re committed to selling our province to their wealthy friends. Wake up, Ontario, before it’s too late. Support the #OPSEU College Support Staff Strike and send a message that our education is not for sale! #ONPoli

The answer ofc is Ford and co want to break up and sell our public institutions/services for peanuts to their buddies. Like with Ontario Place. Healthcare. The Greenbelt. Etc.

Check the Auditor General’s report on the Ontario Skills Development Fund. More easy taxpayer money for their rich friends.

If the colleges can afford that, they can afford serious protections for their support staff.
