Horse (Andalusian) and dog (Komondor) lover, dressage rider, cat butler, book aficionado. Chickens, too. Rooting for everyone Black.
When my boy goes in the duck pond mud, my soul dies a little because of the prospect of bathing even his merely two year old cords. 😅 Can’t wait till the coat matures fully. That will be fun.

I sometimes wish I loved my horse a little less. He’s been my favorite since he was born, and watching him mature into a big handsome friendly stallion isn’t helping me be more pragmatic.

His mama is a love too, and I’m looking forward to her coming foal since this one is so amazing.

My Fold cats salute a fellow Foldie. 😊

This curious lady is Juggalo, named for the shape of her facial markings. We have Kunekunes and Meishan pig breeds here.

Beautiful 🥹 I miss my Cavaliers so much, especially in winter when they were so warm and cuddly. The sweetest of dogs.

I’m not a huge fan of pigs as a rule. I admire their intelligence, but they can be a bit nasty tempered. And yet, here’s my rescued Kunekune gilt, Badger, whom I adore. All she does is seek attention and love from people, and scream at the other pigs.

Spots aren’t for everyone, but I like seeing Padre’s loud pattern among my Andalusians. He babysits weaned foals and loves attention.

Allegro: All that glitters is perlino. His eyes are always beautiful to me. The way he likes to pull on my sweatpants, not so much.

Ares has never been what you’d call small. A male Komondor dog is definitely always impressive. And usually dirty.

The horses and I are missing summer, but winter is busy for the flock guardian dogs here on the farm.
