It was both depressing in that he had nothing to offer in terms of calling out anybody or anything and illuminating in how it displayed that many people think if we could just “go back to Obama” the world would be put right. No acceptance of failings, no real understanding of what has gone wrong.

I found myself enraged at many points this evening and I was really disappointed by the failure by FOT to challenge him on any point or ask a single pointed question.

I mean you can be at ease with yourself AND wear nice clothes

I wouldn’t go so far as to say I oppose property tax but I would say I already pay an enormous amount of tax on my salary, I paid stamp duty when I bought it, I’ll have to pay taxes if I ever sell it and I want to know where all my money is going as nothing useful seems to be being done with it.
