I say this as a man of, um, advanced years who has no particular love for Taylor Swift or her music: Stop with the snark. She is for the 2020s what Elvis was for the '50s and the Beatles were for the '60s. The coverage is proportionally reasonable. Cultural historians will vindicate this view.
