8th week is here!! My first term as a fully fledged undergraduate is nearly done? Wow!
I have really enjoyed all the wonderful classes and tutes this term. Lectures too. I’ve been horribly ill for most weeks, but not even fevers can take away the joys of reading!
Can’t wait for Hilary☺️

late night ramblings about the value of writing groups…
im currently a WEMtern and it has been so transformative. the support and exchange between writers is so motivating. big love to regional writing groups - you make sure poetry isn’t an isolating practice <3

Distinctive. Thematic. Unapologetic.

Poetry anthologies that know exactly what they’re about — and don’t flinch.

Each volume in this series is a sharp, singular dive into a theme worth the risk.

Slim in hand. Heavy in meaning.

Brilliant news! At last, confirmation that the Govt *will* go ahead with the #NaturalHistoryGCSE 🎉 We have to get to know our fellow travellers on this planet again. Young people who know & love nature are far more likely to protect & restore it - as well as enjoying better physical & mental health

Finished my second term at Oxford today and what a wonderful end to Hilary! I’ve found so many wonderful poetry collections to sink my teeth into over the vac (a distraction from my exam revision, of course).
