This is Punkin. She was 17, and passed away a few weeks ago. She and I were new moms together, as she came with her 2 day old kitten,I had just given birth when she and her baby entered our lives.A lot of long nights caring for our newborns were spent together.Our babies are 13 now.We all miss her.🧡

I just lost my 17-year-old cat companion on Friday. It’s a very unique sort of pain. I’m so sorry for your loss.

Sweet Punkin. Big Pun. Punlee. Camp Pendleton. You truly were the best cat in the world. You loved everyone, always had a snuggle and a purr. Loved to share a snack. We were new moms together, something. I never thought I would bond with a cat over. I will miss you every single day. 🧡🐈

For a parent this is a nightmare. You always think, “those things on the news, they don’t happen here” They happen everywhere. We got lucky yesterday, as so far the investigation is leading them to the conclusion that it was swatting. For the kids, teachers and parents it was a long 2 hours.

RIP to the first Pope to ever “wear” a puffer coat. In all seriousness, regardless of your religion, think about how he advanced the awareness and respect for LGBTQA individuals, their humanity, and their rights.

Binge watching Madam Secretary on Netflix. Finding these days I can’t watch things that are NOT political, I just can’t shut my brain off from our issues in this country, it’s comforting to watch fictitious “good” leaders. Anyhow, I thought these scene was funny.
