We are in crazy times, so I will not make any prediction. But on the merits, it is a laughable, sanctionable-level case. Constitutions don't have loopholes.

If they ruled for him, yes, it is just setting the constitution on fire. An important distinction to make plain what the stakes are.

He is not eligible. There are no loopholes. If he gets it, it will be as a throne, not as a term.
