First week in new management role already off to a bad start 😂having to agree on a language and framework that is not cool and trendy, but stable, cheap to hire and performant "enough". We had so many libraries/frameworks around we have to kill off tech debt fast.

People who get really good at things focus on 1 thing at a time. Its starts with fundamentals then diving deep into a specific. The reason you can't get good at anything is because you don't commit. Pick 1-2 things and dive deep. Avoid the flashy lights.
