- weighted squats
- deadlifts
- lateral pull down
-tricep extensions
- bicep curls
- benchpress
- delt-raises
be a decently complete full body workout?

Right after this i called my mum, in the middle of the night. She didnt fully understand why a japanese cartoon had made her 31 year old son emotional. But i went on a rant about how she did a fantastic job and how no matter what happened me and my sister could handle ourselves.

Its great compared to other shows but compared to itself it feels a bit fast and messy.

I have legitimately imprisoned myself in my own sweater today.
I started going to the gym again yesterday after a long time of no exercise.
Long story short: almost puked, muscles too sore today to lift my arms above my shoulders.
I cannot get out of my sweater anymore...
