It does it just has some issues so it lost its green tick. For example I noticed when I tried to load it while on a train with no signal, DRM kicked in and stopped it, but waking it from sleep is fine.

Recently I’ve played Dave the Diver, Selaco, RE2, and 4 Remakes, Like a Dragon:Infinite Wealth, Metaphor (although it lost its verified status ☹️) and Marvel Midnight Suns!

I read this article this morning and I really feel like Nintendo’s magic is always about how the software meets the hardware, so withholding all judgement for now. It does look quite anodyne on the face of it but I suspect it has a trick or two up its sleeve.

It’s a real labour of love, you can feel it in the little details when you play it. I just finished it yesterday actually, perfect palette cleanser from more intense games. Enjoy!

100% this, I really want to talk about it with some of my closest friends but I can’t push 200+ hours of MMO gameplay onto them just so they can experience it 😬

I was a latecomer (Shadowbringers onwards) but that whole FF14 arc might be one of my favourite stories in all of gaming 🫶

It’s a massive grower for sure and the side quests don’t feel like filler or busywork. All the major set pieces feel genuinely epic too rather than just longer than usual quests.

Jealous of anyone who gets to experience this for the first time. I hope it’s not too ancient feeling for my daughter to enjoy when she’s old enough to play it!
