10-DAY: Highs bouncing between the 40s and 50s for the next several afternoons in Toledo, with not much in the way of wind or rain. We've got our eye on a system just ahead of Thanksgiving, which could send those temps back near 40° for the holiday.

Fairly steady temperatures in Toledo since the early morning, and that recovery to 34-35° by dawn made a huge difference in our ice potential -- though we did have sleet pinging off the pavement in more than a few spots. We're in for the mid-40s tomorrow, and 50s to close out the week.

10-DAY: Tuesday AM could see some light freezing rain, sleet, and/or wet snowflakes, leading to some slick spots for the morning commute. This will switch to all rain by late morning (<0.25"). Meanwhile, Friday's rain is trending slowly south of Toledo, with fairly consistent highs past tomorrow.

We're declaring a 13 First Alert Weather Day for Tuesday AM (Nov 18th). Light freezing rain and sleet is possible in a 6-hour window or so, along with a few wet flakes mixed in. This could cause slick spots on the roads for the morning commute in NW Ohio/SE Michigan.

We're declaring a 13 First Alert Weather Day for Tuesday AM (Nov 18th). Light freezing rain and sleet is possible in a 6-hour window or so, along with a few wet flakes mixed in. This could cause slick spots on the roads for the morning commute in NW Ohio/SE Michigan.
10-DAY: Not a record, but still a mild/breezy start to the weekend in Toledo. We'll go from SW to NW wind by Sunday, as temps drop and remain in the 40s through at least the midweek. Tuesday may carry a few wet flakes, with a more substantial system trying to get its act together by next Friday.

I'll admit, I was getting a little concerned by 9pm Wednesday night that we wouldn't get a good repeat performance in the sky... but that aurora certainly delivered again after all!

I'll admit, I was getting a little concerned by 9pm Wednesday night that we wouldn't get a good repeat performance in the sky... but that aurora certainly delivered again after all!
