There still could be. There were some scheduling problems on my end. And then there was a policy that for a while the only Doctor could be the current one. And I wanted to do the next special about the 11th and 12th Doctors.

4) Our entire premise of that DOCTOR WHO Special was VERY similar to the one used in the 2025 episode, "The Story & The Engine."

3) We used the Osirans as baddies in one of the stories.

The Osirans hadn't been seen in Doctor Who in 50 years. We had no idea Sutekh of the Osirans would be coming back.

2) We had to change the name of one of the Doctor's temporary companions to "Rana" in the lettering... ...because we'd originally named her "Ruby".

The story was written and lettered before they announced the 15th Doctor's companion would be named "Ruby Sunday."

("Rana" used the same # of spaces.)

Yup. My teen years were in the UK.

They could have at LEAST tried to cover up his death by loading him into the rocket and firing it off. C'mon. There's a rocket. It's RIGHT there.

Please tell me someone got in the rocket. You can't put a one man rocket "on the mantle" and NOT fire it off with someone inside. That's just Storytelling 101.
