GDP per capita is a deeply flawed measurement for evaluating rich countries and is easily influenced by factors that have zilch to do with economic well-being.

How's 🍁economy? New research shows it's about the same as Germany, the UK and Aus.

Nice to see Premier Kinew leaning into competition issues.

The Competition Bureau can only do so much. Some of the really awful behaviour taking place in sectors is easier to deal with provincially given what they already have powers over.

The UK stats on employee ownership keep impressing year after year with no sign of slowing down.

When you make selling to your employees economically viable, it - unsurprisingly - turns out to be a pretty popular option.

Well, however understated these wealth figures are they can serve as a useful basis for creating new wealth concentration figures (top 0.1%) - like the PBO has undertaken previously.

StatsCan still shows no interest in doing this work themselves.
