I'm in St. Louis, aka Saint Louis. From San Diego, love the Padres. Big fan of government transparency and accountability. Trying to live in the world and leave it better than I found it. Just a dude.

And the 1.5% from the CID and TDD. Maybe 2%. Pays for the Tif notes that LHM already got an advance on…we are paying our own loan back. It’s stupid.

Good lawd. This is nuts.

Hey. @caraspencer.bsky.social this guy was on your transition team. If you won’t listen to the people…please listen to him.

Abatement is only one worry about this thing. 13,000 homes = we are all screwed

And the mayor @caraspencer.bsky.social knew it was much more than just one data center all the way back on the 16th.

This is what it looks like when there isn’t a ribbon cutting. Probably because we already borrowed against all the future revenues from earnings tax. And used it to build the streets around the soccer stadium. And so NGA peeps don’t have to see anyone who isn’t white on the way to work.

First there was a moratorium. Then on 9/16 Rod Thomas wrote a letter. Suddenly. In a very thoughtful way, they killed the moratorium on 9/18….WTF. How bout we thoughtfully think about people first? Thx to @kavahnmansouri.bsky.social see his story for a link to the document.

And with TIF and Abatement already there. It’s a goddam 600 million dollar car with a fu$kin temp tag for 23 years. Thanks @developstlouis.bsky.social

And Green Street got 4.3 million dollars thanks to @developstlouis.bsky.social brokering a deal for their pollution plant. They sold it to Israel Chemicals Limited.

www.bizjournals.com/stlouis/news... One the new rides is the wheel of TIF!!!

I can’t find the notice on the website. I only see this. A notice for a TDD. and something with Gilmore & Bell. Hey @developstlouis.bsky.social please provide evidence of the meeting notice. Thx.

They will try to insert #Clayco into ‘recovery’ efforts. It’s just another land grab. @developstlouis.bsky.social is not designed to help people. They help companies displace people.

Come on out everyone! The weather is gonna be GREAT!!!!
July 30, 2025 at 10:51 PM
It’s always been intentional. The only plan that’s even been implemented is the one nobody wants to acknowledge. Team 4. Unfortunately, what you can do is not always good.
July 10, 2025 at 11:10 PM
Well, well, well. The only thing this project has done well is secure more incentives.
July 10, 2025 at 2:00 PM
Hmmmmm.

www.bizjournals.com/stlouis/news... —might be good now. Bob doesn’t work for free, and doesn’t care about anything but profits.
July 1, 2025 at 12:45 PM
Yeah. We had our chance. Instead we’re stuck with an AG who worships what this magnet is stuck to.
May 28, 2025 at 11:44 PM
Even if he’s only there for a week. It’s too long. Neal made tons of mistakes, none bigger than putting a ticking time bomb 1mile from the YMCA and 5 miles from our water purification plant. Even still we do not need to go backwards.

Happy Earth day from Lee Zeldin.
April 22, 2025 at 2:11 PM
Not just this program. We give millions to Green Street and are now bailing them out with #LCRA…for what? They owe millions in taxes. We pay for it all on way or another.
February 10, 2025 at 2:54 PM
@meganellyia.bsky.social I strongly suspect this BB doesn’t comply with Ordinance 71620. SLPS was not notified by @developstlouis.bsky.social before it was submitted to a decision making body (BOA). Apparently it’s not SLDC’s job…unless it goes thru a board “there”.
January 29, 2025 at 4:04 AM
Did anyone ask people who live there?
