I wake up each morning at 3:15am. I drink two gallons of water. I run 12 miles uphill, then run a different route back that is another 12 miles uphill. I eat 1/4 of an avocado, pop a single coffee bean in my mouth, then sit on my computer and begin writing.
This is how all writers start their day.
