Today I started and finished sewing a tapestry pouch for my new magnifying glass. I bought an A4 sized sample of this beautiful tapestry fabric online so I had no margin to make any mistakes. 🫠 Now I can study gorgeous Victorian illustrations with an incredibly civilised magnifying glass. Yay! 🔍🖼

Celebrating the arrival of my new favourite mug with a nice cup of tea. A 1930s William Adams (Blue and White, Chinese Bird) mug.
This pattern was introduced by William Adams in 1780 being a copy of a Chinese one and the first of its style produced in English pottery. ☕🐉
