I don’t get the Mars thing at all. Right now you can just move to outback Australia, live in a underground bunker and make good money all in the comfort of earths atmosphere and with access to a local airport - and people still don’t want to do it

Is it? I’m not a neuroscientist, but it was something that was repeated to me growing by my high school teacher-turned-psychologist mother who was particularly concerned about assaults when we went out at that age.

Has it? Under 25 companies would barely offer me insurance on a car more powerful than a carolla as I was in actuarial “high risk” group. Similarly crime goes off a cliff in men at 25
Either way, give people hope meaning & direction in early adulthood (skills,job,house) rather than leave it to Tate

About 10 years ago they planted 50 Chinese elms in the mall - doubling the amount of trees. They are starting the reach maturity now.
They didn’t put any out the front of that heritage listed building to maintain a view of the facade.
