Yeah nanite tesselation is not very efficient at the moment. Epic will probably improve it since they seem to be deprecating virtual heightfield meshes. Thanks for the response and the video 👍

Ah sick, I'll try the Niagara solution soon-ish. I'm using Scene Capture component at the moment but its very expensive, hopefully the Niagara interface is a lot better.

Are you using Nanite tesselation for the deformation on the snow example (and is the snow demo available in the patreon files?)

Really looking forward to this. I tried some snow deformation with nanite landscape a few months ago but couldn't get it to look quite right. This looks much better👍

Music and sound effect raw files are ripped too, but playing them dynamically as the different phases of the encounter progress is done in UE5 Metasounds. Same for the weapon shooting and reload sfx.(Sidenote: bungie please bring back crown of sorrow)
